Who can use the service

Rivayat Vahan is operated by Rivayat Logistics. Accounts are only for businesses registered in India with a valid GSTIN or PAN. We may verify your details and refuse or suspend any account.

What the service provides

We show vehicle registration, licence and challan information obtained from licensed data providers that source it from transport authority records. We don't create or change these records and can't guarantee they are complete or current.

Reports generated through RC Print are summaries for your business use. They are not government documents and do not replace a Registration Certificate.

Your obligations

Use results only for the lawful business purpose you select for each check, and only in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Keep your sign-in details secret, use two-factor login where required, and remove access for staff who leave.

You are responsible for every check made from your account.

Charges

Checks are paid from a prepaid wallet at the published or agreed price. You're charged only when a record is returned. Wallet balances aren't interest-bearing and can't be withdrawn as cash except as set out in the Refund Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend an account immediately if we suspect misuse, a security incident, unpaid charges or a breach of these terms, and may report unlawful use to the authorities.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rivayat Logistics's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the checks concerned in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction.
