What we collect

Account data: your name, work e-mail, phone, business details and sign-in activity.

Check data: the numbers you search, the purpose you select, and the results returned, which can contain a vehicle owner's personal details.

How we protect it

Results are encrypted with keys held separately from the database, kept for 30 days and then deleted. Metadata about checks is kept for audit.

Access is limited by role, protected by two-factor login and recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. Data is stored in India.

Why we use it

To provide the service, bill you, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations including CERT-In log retention, and support you.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (data provider, hosting, payments, e-mail) under contract, or when required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your account data, or raise a grievance, by writing to support@example.com. Vehicle owners can contact our Grievance Officer about data concerning them.
