Checks
You aren't charged when a number returns no record or the data source fails. If you believe a charge is wrong, raise it through Support within 30 days.
Wallet balance
Unused wallet balance can be refunded to the original payment method when you close your account, minus any charges owed, within 30 days of a written request.
Failed payments
If money leaves your account but the wallet isn't credited, it is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed, or refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
